In a standard wooden box, you can fill it with anything, from bedding, bicycles to furniture and kitchenware. We will also provide you with free packaging guidelines to make it more convenient and safe for you to package and transport your beloved items.

In some areas, we only offer door-to-warehouse service, and the warehouse may be far from your address - please verify before booking.
There are three sizes of standard wooden box available for both domestic and overseas transportation — large, medium and small (the sizes are as follows). Each wooden box can bear a weight of up to 1.25 tons. If your transportation volume is large, we also offer multiple wooden boxs simultaneously for the transportation of larger quantities of items
Moreover, you only need to pay for the actual number of wooden boxs you use. That is to say, if you decide to need fewer standard wooden box ® or change to a smaller-sized wooden box, please inform us a few days before our driver arrives, and we will replace them for you free of charge. Or, for those items that don't fit in the wooden cabin, we can send any extra luggage, cartons or suitcases, etc. through our luggage check-in service.
Exclusive security
After the wooden box is fully loaded, the standard wooden boxes will be directly sealed downstairs of your home. We will not open it until it reaches your new address, unless it is required to undergo customs or quarantine inspection. Even for the required customs or quarantine inspections, there will be our highly reliable team to monitor and record.
No hidden fees
The price you receive is the all-inclusive cost from the suitable loading point downstairs of your home to the suitable unloading point at the designated address of your destination. Honesty and transparency in pricing are our beliefs. Unless you have additional service requests, there will never be any unpleasant hidden charges to trouble you.
Installment payment
With standard wooden box, you don't need to pay the entire cost at once. The full transportation fee can be paid in two installments, allowing you to more easily align with your entire international relocation budget.

Standard wooden box offer you more flexible relocation methods. Just like ordinary cargo containers, as long as you notify us 3 working days in advance before the delivery of the wooden box, you can modify your order and the relocation shipment date at any time without paying any additional fees.

Customs declaration and clearance services
Our team has extensive knowledge of local customs. They will complete all necessary quarantine and customs declaration (clearance) procedures for you in both the exporting and importing countries, eliminating your worries and confusion.
Mixed loading in ordinary containers
The standard wooden box is your exclusive personal container. Traditional relocation services usually pack your personal belongings together with those of other families and mix them in a regular container. The chance of item misalignment or damage is much higher than that of a dedicated wooden box.
The price is changeable and uncertain
Traditional relocation services start from the initial investigation, packaging... When delivering to the destination, there are too many uncertainties. The operating company may not have a clear understanding of the entire cost or, for the sake of convenience, completely exclude the destination cost from the quotation sheet and only discuss the increase or decrease with you temporarily when it occurs. The numerous uncertain price changes will make you physically and mentally exhausted throughout the entire relocation process.
Full advance payment
Most international moving companies will require you to pay the full amount in advance several weeks before picking up the goods in traditional relocation services.
Inflexible service
When the service you have reserved needs to be modified, most international moving companies will charge you a fine because your change will directly result in their original mixed loading plan being unable to be executed, which may lead to container clearance and warehouse return... The global network is single

Paid warehousing service
As the destination port agent is unable to provide an integrated standard service, if your personal items are detained at the destination port for various reasons, you may not be able to enjoy the two-week extended free storage period. Generally, after the clearance is completed, the free storage period is only 3 to 5 days. If it is overdue, you may face relatively expensive late storage fees.
Customs declaration and clearance services
In traditional services, your personal items may be transferred to another moving company in the destination country for handling. Therefore, at the destination, you may need to complete the import customs clearance independently.
As standard wooden box handling does not require the pre-shipment item statistics and investigation, unified classification, and heavy packaging protection of traditional handling... At this stage, you can package all your personal items as needed. We will calculate the loading and unloading time limit for you based on the number and size of the standard wooden box you ordered. We will notify you the night before the standard wooden box are delivered
Small standard wooden box: 60 minutes for loading and 30 minutes for unloading
Medium-sized standard wooden box: 90 minutes for loading and 45 minutes for unloading
Large standard wooden box: 120 minutes for loading and 60 minutes for unloading

On your standard wooden box pick-up and delivery day, one or two drivers will be present, depending on the arrangements in different countries. Our driver can offer advice and borrow a trolley to help you move the standard wooden box (it is recommended not to move the wooden box off the vehicle; they should be packed and sealed directly on the trolley). However, you are responsible for loading and unloading the standard wooden box within your time period. Regarding loading and unloading matters, as our driver can only provide simple assistance, if your items are numerous and heavy, we strongly recommend that you seek help from friends and family.

On the pick-up day and delivery day, our drivers need a suitable location to park their vehicles. The best location is the one closest to your address. Please conduct a parking permit investigation in advance. If a parking permit is required for parking, or if you need to enter a closed community, or if you need to enter a dedicated loading (unloading) area, please make arrangements before the standard wooden box arrive.
Friendly reminder
1. Our loading and unloading services have a time limit. If the time is exceeded, additional charges may apply.
2. If parking fees are required in the loading (unloading) area, you need to pay them yourself.
3. Our drivers only offer simple assistance and are not responsible for loading, unloading or handling.
Before picking up or delivering the package, we will notify you by text message of the driver's arrival time and your personal loading and unloading time limit. Please move all the items you need to transport or consign to the vicinity of the agreed parking point and have your assistants ready to quickly load (unload) the items into (from) standard wooden boxes. This can speed up the collection (delivery) time.
Warm reminder
1. Depending on the weight and quantity of the items, ask your family and friends for help.
2. Don't forget to use the lock we gave to seal and encrypt the items after packing them.
Please be sure to keep the heaviest items (such as hardwood furniture, books... Place it at the center of the standard wooden box, which can ensure the balance of the box and effectively prevent it from toppling over. In addition, it is recommended that items be packed in regular cardboard boxes as much as possible. This way, they can be stacked horizontally more easily and the packaging boxes can be stably stacked in the wooden boxes. In addition, there should be as few gaps as possible between the items in the wooden boxes. Reasonable loading can ensure that the goods will not roll and get damaged.
